My Story
Sweets By Skip is the brainchild of husband and wife team Erin Skipper and Daniel Batdorf.
​
I (Erin) am the baker and primary creator of all things sweet.
I went to culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where I received an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Since graduation, Daniel and I moved to Atlanta, GA, and have since relocated to Portland, OR. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else!​

I am opening this small side business as an attempt to flex my creative muscle, and to be in charge of all of my own production. I am happy to accommodate any needs that you may have, please see the "Contact" page for all of my information!
